1. Accepted Payment Methods
All online payments are processed by iPay88, a licensed Malaysian payment gateway. Supported methods include FPX online banking, major credit/debit cards (Visa / Mastercard) and selected e-wallets (e.g. Touch ‘n Go eWallet, as shown at checkout). We do not accept cash on delivery.
2. When You Are Charged & Currency
All prices and charges are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Payment is taken when you submit your order and complete the gateway flow; an order is only confirmed and scheduled for fulfilment after payment is successfully verified.
3. Payment Security
The payment step happens inside iPay88’s encrypted environment. We never store your card number, online-banking password or any banking credentials. The entire site is served over HTTPS.
4. Failed or Interrupted Payments
If a payment fails, is declined by your bank, or the page is closed midway, no order is confirmed and any reserved stock is automatically released. You may simply order again. If money was deducted but your order shows unpaid, keep your bank transaction record and contact us immediately so we can verify it.
5. Refund Method
Verified refunds are returned via the original payment method (same card / same FPX account) and typically take 7–14 working days depending on the bank. See our Refund Policy for full details.
6. Receipts
After a successful payment you can view your order and payment status under My Orders. For an official receipt or company claim document, contact support with your order number.
