By using ifresh2u.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Please keep your password secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Products & Pricing
We strive to ensure product information and pricing are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is discovered after you place an order, we will contact you before confirming the order. Product images are for reference only.
4. Orders & Payment
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed upon order confirmation. Payment must be made at the time of order via iPay88. We do not store your banking details.
5. Delivery
We endeavour to meet stated delivery times, but delays may occur due to weather, holidays, and other factors beyond our control. We are not legally liable for delivery delays. If products are damaged in transit, notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
6. Refunds & Returns
If you receive products that are not fresh or do not match the description, contact us within 24 hours with photos. Upon verification, we will arrange a refund or re-delivery. Refunds typically take 7–14 business days.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (including text, images, and logos) belongs to I Freshest Marketing Sdn Bhd. No reproduction or use is permitted without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Products and services are provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect losses or loss of profits. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be submitted to Malaysian courts for resolution.
