1Orders & Payment
We accept all payment methods through iPay88, including: FPX Online Banking (Maybank, CIMB, RHB, etc.), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Credit/Debit Cards. After placing your order, you'll be redirected to the secure iPay88 payment page.
After payment, log in to your account and go to "My Orders" to view the latest status. Updates include: Confirmed → Processing → Shipped → Delivered. For further tracking, WhatsApp us with your order number.
Orders can be cancelled when in "Pending" or "Confirmed" status. Once it's "Processing" or "Shipped," cancellation is no longer possible. Email us at [email protected] with the subject "Cancel Order + Order Number."
Please check your spam folder. If still not found, WhatsApp us or log in to your account to check the order status. A successful order will show as "Confirmed."
2Delivery
KL & Selangor orders are typically delivered within 1–2 working days. Outstation (nationwide) orders take 3–5 working days via cold chain courier. Check our delivery page or WhatsApp us for specific area availability.
KL & Selangor: Free delivery above RM200, otherwise RM15. Outstation: Free delivery above RM300, otherwise RM25.
Our delivery driver will call before arriving. If unreachable, the order will be returned. We recommend providing your mobile number and noting your preferred delivery time in the order notes.
No. We use professional cold chain packaging (insulated boxes + ice packs) to ensure products remain frozen throughout the entire delivery process.
3Products & Freshness
We work directly with local Sekinchan fishermen. Catches are dispatched the same day or the next day — typically from sea to your home within 72 hours. All products undergo strict quality checks before packing.
We offer a 100% freshness guarantee. If the product quality doesn't meet your expectations, take a photo and contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, no questions asked.
Fresh seafood should ideally be cooked the same or next day. Frozen products can be stored for 3–6 months at -18°C. Once opened, consume within 1–2 days.
Yes! All our local fresh fish, prawns, and squid are naturally caught with no preservatives or artificial additives. Our Sekinchan local products are also 100% natural.
